Terms and conditions of sale
The rules that apply to every order placed on maverickpetfood.ma.
1. Seller
Section to be completed with the seller’s official details: company name, legal form, registered office, trade register (RC) number, ICE and tax ID.

2. Product
The product offered is the 15 kg bag of Maverick Adult Dog dry food, intended for medium and large breed adult dogs. Its composition and guaranteed analysis are shown on the adult dog food page and on the packaging.
3. Price
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Delivery is free. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
4. Ordering
Orders are placed on the Shop page, then confirmed by completing the order form and accepting these terms. An order number is assigned. We then contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery; if confirmation is not possible, the order may be cancelled.
5. Payment
Payment is made on delivery, in cash, when the product is handed over. Card payment will be offered at a later date.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free, within an indicative period of 24 to 72 hours depending on the city. The customer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt and immediately reports any damage to the delivery person and to our customer service.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, the customer has seven days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging. The refund is made as soon as possible after receipt of the returned product.
8. Complaints
For any complaint, contact us by email at contact@maverickpetfood.ma or on WhatsApp, quoting your order number.
9. Personal data
The information provided when ordering is used solely to process and deliver the order. For more details, see our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The French version of these terms is the authoritative version.
