Privacy policy

What data is collected?

The only form on the website (Contact page) may collect: name, company, email, phone, type of enquiry and message. No data is collected without your knowledge; there are no user accounts on this website.

Why is this data collected?

This information is used solely to respond to your sales, technical or distribution enquiry. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long is it kept?

Section to be completed by Maverick Pet Food according to its actual retention period (e.g. duration of the business relationship + applicable legal period).

Cookies

In its current version, this website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. If audience measurement or advertising tools are added later, this page will be updated and a consent banner will be added in accordance with regulations.

Language choice

The website is available in French, English and Arabic. On your first visit, your browser queries an IP-based geolocation service (geojs.io, or ipapi.co as a fallback) solely to determine your country and suggest the most suitable language — no redirection takes place. Your language choice is then stored locally in your browser (local storage, key “mav_lang”); it is not sent to Maverick Pet Food and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browsing data.

Online orders

When you order from the shop, we collect your name, phone number, city, delivery address and, if you provide it, your email address. This information is used solely to confirm, deliver and follow up your order (including by phone call or WhatsApp message); it is shared with the delivery person for delivery purposes only and kept for as long as needed to follow up the order and meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@maverickpetfood.ma.
