A kibble is never better than the ingredients it’s made of. At Maverick, each one is chosen for its nutritional role, its consistency, its availability and its compatibility with the manufacturing process — nothing goes into the formula by default.
Every ingredient has a purpose
At Maverick, a raw material isn’t chosen just to fill a formula or bring down a cost. It has to meet a precise objective: provide protein, energy, fibre, fats or minerals, or contribute to the texture and stability of the kibble. An ingredient that fulfils none of these functions has no place in the bag.
This logic is directly linked to our nutritional approach and to the design of our adult dog food.
